Smokin' Hot Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

2 tbsp Huffman’s Hot Sauce
1 egg
1 tsp Smoked Spanish paprika
1\2 tsp mustard powder
1\2 tsp salt
1 cup olive oil – light
1 garlic clove – chopped

 

 

Directions

Measure out a ÂĽ cup of the olive oil and place into a blender with the Huffman's Hot Sauce , egg, garlic and remaining seasonings.
Blend well for half a minute or so.
With the blender running, add the remaining olive oil in a slow but steady stream.
Allow to mellow for at least an hour.

 

Serve

Serve with Kentucky Style Spicy Fried Chicken
